You can find all the bonuses in the Rewards section of your account.
If you have activated a bonus and it's not available to you, make sure to check several things:
• Your bonus might not be activated: you can check the status and activate it in the Promotions section.
• Deposit was not made: if you have activated a deposit bonus, a payment should be completed successfully.
• The expiration date: your bonus might have already expired, as some of them have a limited timeframe to be wagered.
• It was wagered already: used bonuses can be found in the History section.
• On Hold: make sure the status of the bonus is Active; bonuses On Hold should be reactivated.
