If you would like to take a break from gaming or limit your account activity, you can use the available account restriction options in the Restrictions section of your account.
Cooling-off period
If you need a temporary break, you can activate the Cooling-off option.
During the Cooling-off period:
You will still be able to access your account.
You can view your game history, chats, and transactions.
You can contact our Support Team.
Betting and payment options will be temporarily unavailable.
Self-exclusion
If you want to completely restrict access to your account, you can activate the Self-exclusion option from your profile page in the Restrictions section.
You can choose a self-exclusion period from 1 to 365 days.
During the Self-exclusion period:
All transactions on your account will be blocked.
You will not be able to access your account.
The restriction cannot be removed or canceled before the selected period ends.
Please make sure you choose the option that best suits your needs, as Self-exclusion is a permanent decision for the selected period.
