How to close or deactivate your account.

If you would like to take a break from gaming or limit your account activity, you can use the available account restriction options in the Restrictions section of your account.

Cooling-off period

If you need a temporary break, you can activate the Cooling-off option.

During the Cooling-off period:

  • You will still be able to access your account.

  • You can view your game history, chats, and transactions.

  • You can contact our Support Team.

  • Betting and payment options will be temporarily unavailable.

Self-exclusion

If you want to completely restrict access to your account, you can activate the Self-exclusion option from your profile page in the Restrictions section.

You can choose a self-exclusion period from 1 to 365 days.

During the Self-exclusion period:

  • All transactions on your account will be blocked.

  • You will not be able to access your account.

  • The restriction cannot be removed or canceled before the selected period ends.

Please make sure you choose the option that best suits your needs, as Self-exclusion is a permanent decision for the selected period.
