How to reopen my account?

In case you would like to reactivate your account.

The ability to reopen your account depends on the type of restriction applied to it.

Cooling-off period

If your account was placed under a Cooling-off period:

  • Your account remains accessible, but betting and payments are disabled.

  • You can change the Cooling-off period to 24 hours.

  • Once the Cooling-off period ends, full access is restored automatically.

  • You can simply log in and continue using your account as usual.

Self-exclusion

If your account is under Self-exclusion:

  • Your account is fully blocked for the selected period (1 to 365 days).

  • You cannot access or use your account during this time.

  • Self-exclusion cannot be canceled or shortened early, even upon request.

Once the selected self-exclusion period ends, your account will be automatically reactivated, and you will be able to log in again.
