Once you receive a verification request, you will be able to proceed with it in the Personal section of your account.
Select the "All countries except USA" option to proceed:
Choose your country from the "Issuing country" list and choose the type of document: ID card, Passport, Driver's license, or Permanent residence permit.
Upload the selected document.
Check and confirm your data and continue with the Liveness selfie procedure.
Scan the QR code or use your phone's camera in your browser.
Once this step is complete, proceed to confirm your address.
Choose the type of document you will upload as your proof of address document:
Must include your full name
Must show your current residential address
Must be issued in the last 6 months
Allowed document types:
Rental agreement
Bank or mortgage statement
Government-issued documents (tax bill/declaration)
Utility bill (Gas, electricity, water, etc.)
Check and confirm your data and wait till your verification is complete.
It usually takes around 15 minutes.
If your verification was successful, you will see a "Verified" status in your Personal section.
In case you see a "Declined" status in your account under the Personal section, make sure to contact our Support Team, and they will gladly assist you further.
