There are two ways to become a VIP Club member:

Reach Level 20. Once you reach this level, you may receive an invitation from a personal VIP manager.

Transfer your VIP status from another casino. If you already have VIP status on another platform, you can apply for a VIP Transfer.

According to the VIP Club page, players may receive an invitation from a personal VIP manager after reaching Level 20. If you have already reached this level but have not received an invitation, contact Customer Support to check your status.

I am already a VIP player at another casino. Can I join the Spinarium VIP Club?

Yes. You can apply for a VIP Transfer to request the transfer of your VIP status from another casino.

Is my VIP status guaranteed after I submit a transfer request?

Submitting an application does not automatically guarantee VIP status. Contact Customer Support to check whether you meet the requirements and learn about the application review process.

I have reached Level 20 but have not become a VIP member. What should I do?

If you have reached Level 20 but have not received an invitation, contact Customer Support. The team can help check your status and explain the next steps available to you.
