How is cashback calculated?
Cashback is calculated as a percentage of the player's deposited money lost while playing.
Example 1. Level 25 player made a 100$ deposit and withdrew $ 25 back. All of the remaining balance (75$) he has lost, and their current balance is 0$. At the end of the day, this player will receive 75$ * 0.05 = 3.75$ as Cashback.
Example 2. Level 30 player made a 250$ deposit. During his play, he won another 250$ and now his current balance is 500$. Then he withdrew $ 300 and continues to play. At the end of the day, his balance is 50$. He will not get a Cashback as his withdrawals (300$) exceed the deposits (250$)
When is daily cashback credited?
Daily Cashback is credited to your account at 00:00 UTC every day.
When is weekly cashback credited?
Weekly Cashback is credited to your account every Monday.
When is monthly cashback credited?
Monthly Cashback is credited to your account on the 1st day of each month.
What are the minimum and maximum amount of Cashback I can claim?
The minimum cashback amount is $0.10 for Daily Cashback, $1 for Weekly Cashback, and $10 for Monthly Cashback.
The maximum cashback you can receive is $500 daily, $1,000 weekly, and $2,500 monthly, depending on the applicable cashback terms.
Why haven't I received my cashback?
The possible reasons depend on the cashback type, your VIP level, and your activity during the relevant period.
If your cashback has not been credited, contact Customer Support. If possible, specify the cashback type and the period for which you expected to receive it.
