Here is a short list of what to do if you encounter any error message on the website:
1. Error, action can not be performed again - as a rule this message shows up when you try to create multiple withdrawal requests one after another. In this case, you need to wait a bit and then create another request.
2. Error, withdrawal amount is much higher than total deposit amount - you may see this message if you try to withdraw the amount which is 5 times bigger than your deposited amount.

3. Error, input data is not correct - this message appears when you try to enter invalid data into any field (KYC form or card details). You need to recheck the information and enter the corrected one.

4. Error, the feature is temporarily unavailable - this message appears when you try to withdraw the balance having an active bonus on your account. First, you need either to wager the bonus or cancel it via the bonus menu.

5. Insufficient balance - you may encounter this message when you try to play games with bonus balance. Bonus funds can be played only in exclusive games: Tower, Crash, Double, Plinko, and Dice.

6. Error, not enough balance - this message may pop up when you try to play games with a bonus balance. You just need to refresh the page. If that does not help you may try exit your account, clear cache and cookies, log in to your account and try running the game again.
