Account verification is a standard security procedure that helps us confirm your identity and protect your account.
As part of the verification process, you may be required to complete certain checks before using specific services, such as withdrawing funds. We may ask you to provide documents including:

Proof of address
A selfie for identity confirmation
Card confirmation - photo of all cards used on account (if any)
Other documents requested by the Risk Department
Please note that we may request identity verification at any time during your relationship with us, not only when processing withdrawals.
To ensure a smooth verification process, you must provide accurate and up-to-date personal and contact information, including a valid email address. Failure to provide the requested information or documents may delay or restrict access to certain services until verification is completed.
Once the verification request is created, you are welcome to proceed with it in the Personal section of your account.
The withdrawals and other transactions may be paused for your account during the verification process.
