Verification is the process of confirming the authenticity of information or the identity of a person. It typically involves providing additional details or documents that prove you are who you claim to be. This might include verifying your email address and providing identification documents.

Why is Verification Important?

  1. Security: The primary reason for verification is to protect your account from unauthorized access.

  2. Fraud Prevention: Verification helps prevent fraudulent activities.

  3. Trust: Verification builds trust between you and the website.

The verification takes place after the registration of an account or before the first deposit/withdrawal. All the documents should be sent to our live chat. To help you prepare, here is a list of documents that are required for the verification process:

  1. Identity card - a selfie photo with a passport or ID, so that the face and full name are clearly visible on it + the selfie with a piece of paper with "only for spinarium.com" on it.

  2. Card confirmation (if you used any cards) - photo of all cards used on account only with the first 6 and last 4 digits and the cardholder's name visible.
If a virtual card is used the bank statement is needed.

  3. Proof of address - a document confirming the place of residence.

  4. KYC - ensure that the KYC form in your account is filled out.
