Here are some of the main issues with your request and how to solve them.

On average, it takes about 15-30 minutes; however, it may take up to 24 hours, as, depending on various factors, it may take more time to process requests (especially on weekends or holidays).
You can see all the withdrawal requests and their statuses in the "Transactions" section of your account.

Add your personal information and save it.

Once you create a withdrawal request, it should be confirmed via email. Please check your inbox and confirm your request.
Make sure to check the Spam folder as well.

It is possible that one of your previous requests (or multiple) was rejected due to insufficient funds in your balance.
After creating a withdrawal request, the amount you indicate in it is not frozen. Until your request is approved by the specialist and its status is changed to "In Progress", all the funds remain in your balance and can be used in games.
And if at some point your balance goes lower than the amount indicated in the withdrawal request, it will be declined automatically by the system.

In some cases, a Verification is required. Make sure to check your email for the verification requests and provide us with all the documents requested.

In most cases, the withdrawal is only possible using the same method that was used to make deposits.
For instance, if you deposited cryptocurrency or some e-wallet, the withdrawal should be done correspondingly. However, if you made deposits via bank card, you can only make withdrawals via the same or a similar method (like bank transfer).
If you made deposits via both bank card and cryptocurrency because of security reasons, in such a case, withdrawals are only possible via bank card or bank transfer.
