Email Confirmation

One of the crucial steps for any account in a long-term perspective is the email confirmation. It is one of the main requirements for unlocking withdrawal function for the account, and some bonuses may require your email to be confirmed in order to be able to use such bonuses.


Add Email

You can add your email to the account in the Security section of your profile:

After adding the email address in the corresponding field, you need to use the Save button, after that a confirmation message should be sent to the email, which you indicated.

Please, be sure to check the address before submitting it, as in case of any errors the confirmation message won't be delivered.

However, even if you did make some mistake, you can simply update the email and resend the the confirmation message (you might need to wait a bit to be able to resend the message).

When the email address is successfully confirmed, it will have the green checkmark next to it:

If you can't see the green checkmark, it means that you still need to complete the confirmation at your email.


How to change email?

If you haven't yet confirmed your email, you can change it simply by adding a different address in the corresponding field and save it, so that a new confirmation message could be sent to your email.

However, if your email has already been successfully confirmed before, for security reasons you might need to complete the full verification of your account (if the account is verified, an additional verification may be requested).

Troubleshooting

If you can't find the confirmation message in your email, please try to do the following:

  • check that your email is correct (if not, please make the required changes)

  • use the 'Send' button to resend the confirmation message

  • check your email (please, be sure to check all the folders, where you can receive messages, including the spam folder)

Please, keep in mind that it may take some time for the message to be delivered, though it shouldn't be delayed for more than one hour.

Before resending a confirmation message request, please also be sure that your email inbox is not full, as in some cases messages can't be delivered simply due to the fact that the inbox is full, and in such a case you might need to clean some older message to free up some space for new messages.

It may also be helpful if you could clear the cache and cookies of your browser / app and restart it before following the above procedure, as sometimes outdated files and information may interfere with the correct site functioning.

However, if you indicated the correct email, cleared everything and checked all the folders in your email (including spam/junk), but still can't find the confirmation message, an additional check may be required on the side of the technical team.
